Code of Ethics

Autovia Padana S.p.A. has promoted and implemented rules and ethical principles of conduct within its organisation and in the performance of its activities which have established relationships with personnel as well as with third parties and which, more generally, characterise the conduct of corporate activities, in compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001  “Rules on administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations, including entities without legal status, under Art. 11 of Italian Law no. 300 of 29 September, 2000“.
