INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC PURSUANT TO ART. 9, DIRECTIVE 2002/49/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE

ACTION PLAN (2018 – 2022)

Directive 2002/49/EC relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise “requires Companies and the bodies which manage public transport services and the relative infrastructures, to make the Action Plans drawn up and adopted available and disclosed to the public, pursuant to relevant Community legislation, specifically Council Directive 90/313/EEC of 7 June 1990.

The Action Plan identifies the problems of noise pollution, the relative effects, the actions and interventions that must be carried out to control the phenomenon of environmental noise pollution, starting from the analyses already carried out in the Acoustic Mapping, which assesses the noise levels produced by the motorway infrastructure.
