All justified complaints will be answered by the Company within 10 days of the date of registration of the customer’s communication. Should it take longer to establish the irregularity, the Company will inform the customer within the aforementioned time limit.
Information on accidents
Customers may find themselves in need of information and/or data concerning motorway accidents in which they were involved. In such case, customers can contact the Montichiari Traffic Police branch or the Cremona Police section.
Refunds
The Company assures the reimbursement of tolls paid in excess of the amount due, after confirming the substantiated claim made by the Customer. Reimbursement times coincide with processing times. Refunds are made by bank transfer.
