Emergencies
In the event of accidents or emergencies, the user can call the Concessionaire’s Operations Centre using the SOS service present along the route, or by phoning +39 0372 473399/396, which, depending on the need, calls not only the Traffic Police and Traffic Wardens, but also other institutional bodies in charge: Fire Brigade, Health Emergency Service, ARPA if there is a possibility of environmental pollution, ASL if there are perishable goods, the veterinary service if animals are involved, the Guardia di Finanza in the case of goods subject to customs regulations.
The Concessionaire ensures the 24-hour availability of a specialised company in case prompt environmental reclamation is required.
Alternatively, users can dial the 112 Single Emergency Number.
