Terms and conditions of payment
Nothing will change until February 28, 2026: you have time to discover all the new features of Free Flow and register for the service.
From March 1, 2026, it will be possible to complete the payment using various methods.
Before proceeding with the payment, check the discounts available for residents to see if you are eligible.
Those who have an electronic toll collection device in their vehicle will be automatically identified by the detection portals and the toll will be charged as agreed with the service provider.
People who do not use electronic toll collection devices will be able to pay within 15 days through the FreeFlow A21 App downloadable from Apple’s App Store and the Google Play Store, or through a specific platform, by registering with the Conto Targa system or as an occasional user.
Transits will be available within 24 hours of the motorway journey.
Once 15 days have elapsed without payment, users will be sent a reminder with collection, validation and postal charges, and the administrative sanctions provided for in Article 176 paragraphs 11 and 21 of the Highway Code will be applied.

In addition, it will be possible to settle the toll at the Info Point located at the Brescia Sud tollgate.

As part of the free flow system with electronic toll collection, in order to facilitate user payment and to avoid possible inefficiencies, it is specified that the transits detected by Autovia Padana by reading only the licence plate associated with the electronic toll collection agreement, in the event of failure to detect the device (e.g.: due to inadequate speed, incorrect/missing positioning of the device, etc.) will also be transmitted to the competent service provider for charging its customers, except in the event of any requests/arrangements to exclude the charging of such transits communicated by users through the service providers with which they have signed the electronic toll contract and which have enabled this function.
