Customer Information

By telephone, call (+39) 0372473236 and ask to speak with Operations Management.

The Company will respond to all claims within 10 days from the date when the communication with the customer was recorded. If the confirmation of the irregularity requires more time, the Company will inform the customer within the time specified above.

Accident information

The customer may find it necessary to obtain information and/or data relating to accidents that have occurred on the motorway, in which they were involved. In this case, contact the State Police detachment of Montichiari, or the Police section of Cremona.

Refunds

The Company ensures the refund of excess tolls paid relative to the amount due, following confirmation of the validity of the related complaint submitted by the Customer. The time required to make a refund coincides with processing times. Refunds are paid by bank transfer.
