Medical assistance

The health care service, provided 24 hours a day, is carried out by dedicated staff from public institutions and volunteer associations; more specifically, the Company relies on the 118 service of the city of Cremona. After receiving a request for assistance, the Operations Centre sends the appropriate vehicles to the location where they are required, coordinating them based on availability and proximity.

All operations are carried out in continuous contact with the Operations Centre of the Autostrada Padana which, in collaboration with the Polizia Stradale, sends its own Traffic Assistance Units, as well as station personnel to reserve an entry or exit for the use of emergency vehicles only.
